This TC60 ceramic shield cup is a wearable replacement consumable specially engineered for TC60 (Tongchang 60) air plasma cutting torch. It is widely compatible with most 60A inverter plasma cutting machines such as CUT60 and LGK60. Constructed from high-purity alumina ceramic, it delivers excellent high-temperature resistance and electrical insulation for your plasma cutting torch.

Working Principle

Mounted on the front end of TC60 plasma cutting torch, the ceramic shield cup acts as a protective enclosure surrounding nozzle and electrode.
